The True Independent Music Show!

Some fun for a friend

The True Independent Music Show will now be brodcasting 4 times a year. Roughly, every three months. Due to time constraints, and a very busy schedule, this will be the new podcast agenda. However, the shows will as always, feature nothing but true independent music, great comedy, and excellent talk pieces. We look forward to this better and less pressure driven schedule, as to put fresh new shows out there, and continue to support the true independent way. The schedule will begin with a brand new show in September, and then December. Cheers!

Episode 54 is all about laughs and giggles. Per many fan requests, The True Independent Music Show is featuring the best in comedy from years of hilarious skits. Featured in this episode, are the fan favorites chosen by you. Enjoy and Happy Springtime!

A little late coming out of the gate, but February's 53rd episode is here. This episode is a special one dedicated to the true independent music of the great true independent band Legend Heart. Per your request, this episode will play the music from all three of Legend Heart's CD's un-interupted and non stop. This is also a celebration of sorts. Legend Heart's 4th CD will be out this year. Summer says goodbye once again! We hope you had a great one. We said hello to some new experiences and goodbye to some old friends.

In this episode we celebrate the life of the late James Wyatt of Legend Heart Jim has played for many years with just about every major classic Motown, R&B, and Soul act all over the world, including Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, The Drifters, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Platters, Fats Domino, and Ray Charles. James, was not only a mesmerizing bassist, and vocalist; he was also a living miracle. When James was young, he lost half of four of his fingers in a work related accident. He literally played the bass with the top halves of his four fingers missing. It is truly beyond belief how he did it, and managed to be so phenomenal. The world of music has lost a rare gem.
This episode will feature the music of Legend Heart as a tribute to Jim's memory.

Also in this episode are some fun surprises, including the highlights of the zany "Fanny Fontana" - "Britica Simpleton" "Fakey, Fakey" tour from Badabang Records, with the crazy characters we all know and love
